A-Alignment (normal, subluxation, dislocation)

B-Bone (fracture, erosions, periostitis, ankylosis, enthesitis, density)

C-Cartilage (cartilage/joint space, uniform & non-uniform narrowing, destruction)

D-Distribution (symmetry, location)

S-Soft tissue (swelling, effusion, calcification)
